We believe in doing the right thing at the end of the day!
So, if you do not like the scent or if this is an order issue…..just contact us and we will make it right. We are not about keeping money from someone that is unhappy!
To return an item:
- Contact us at email support@hoffmansshavingcompany.com and we will get back to you to help.
- To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us within 365 days of purchase, in new, unused condition (for sanitary purposes), in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place. All orders returned within 60 days will receive a refund via original payment method. If it is over 60 days we will issue a store credit.
- Returns are only accepted if the item was bought through us directly. If you purchased through a 3rd party or a vendor, please contact them direct.
