Returns
We believe in doing the right thing. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, contact our customer service team at support@hoffmansshavingcompany.com and we will work to find a fair resolution.
To Qualify for a Return:
- The product must be in new, unused condition in original packaging
- All tamper-proof seals must remain unbroken
- All original tags, documentation and factory seals must be intact
- Products must be returned within 365 days of original purchase date
Refund Method:
- Returns within 60 days receive a refund via original payment method
- Returns after 60 days receive a store credit
Return Shipping:
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Provide prepaid return shipping label whenever possible
Exchanges:
- One-to-one exchanges offered within 60 days in lieu of return
- Original purchase value credited towards exchange product
Ineligible Items:
- Final sale or closeout merchandise
- Made-to-order custom products
- Bulk or wholesale orders
Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and contact us right away if damage occurred during transit so we can best assist you. We cannot process returns or refunds for products purchased through 3rd party retailers. Reach out with any questions!
